Events, conference rooms and classrooms

Groover Labs is a great place to hold your next meeting, and we welcome your inquiry. We have a wide variety of spaces in our building and can often accommodate unusual requests. If your meeting requires a hybrid setup, we have two webcams and mics for Zoom (and other platform) virtual and in-person meetings. In addition to the benefits listed below, we offer gigabit guest wifi throughout the building. Catering is open, but we offer coffee service for $25/gallon for your convenience.

 
 

EVENT VENUE

Our 2,264-square-foot event venue, which seats up to 275 people, is perfect for large, medium, and small-scale events. It is available for both members and non-members of Groover Labs.

$125 per hour, with a minimum two-hour rental. The fee includes:

  • Two Panasonic laser projectors, Crestron certified HDMI interface

  • Four microphones: two handheld and two lapel

  • 275 chairs, 24 portable desks that seat 2 each, if available

 

CONFERENCE ROOMS

Need a place to meet clients or co-workers? Our conference rooms are available for both members and non-members.

  • Four large conference rooms that seat up to 8 people: $20/hr

  • Two small conference rooms that seat up to 4 people: $15/hr

  • One boardroom that seats up to 18 people: $25/hr

  • Podcast studio: $50/2 hr block

  • HDTV in each room with HDMI and streaming connection capabilities

  • Whiteboard in each room

CLASSROOMS

If you’re looking for a place to teach a class, give a presentation or have a meeting, our classrooms are available for both members and non-members.

  • $35/hour

  • Two classrooms, each with 12 desks that seat up to 24 people

  • 75-inch HDTV in each room with HDMI and streaming connection capabilities

  • Desks that are reconfigurable to meet your specific needs
