Rent our Space

Groover Labs is a great place to hold your next meeting, and we welcome your inquiry. We have a wide variety of spaces in our building and can often accommodate unusual requests. If your meeting requires a hybrid setup, we have two webcams and mics for Zoom (and other platforms) virtual and in-person meetings. In addition to the benefits listed below, we offer gigabit guest wifi throughout the building. Catering is open, but we offer coffee service for $25/gallon for your convenience.

We’ve hosted thousands of events over the past few years, and we’ve learned a lot in the process. That includes laptops of all shapes and sizes, both MacBooks and PCs. Click the button below to read how we recommend you prepare to host a successful event.

Conference Rooms

Our conference rooms are available for both members and non-members. Our conference rooms come with 4K HDTV large screen television with HDMI connections as well as wireless casting technology. Each room is equipped with a large dry erase board. If your meeting requires a hybrid setup, we have two webcams and mics for Zoom (and other platforms) virtual and in-person meetings.

Event Venue

Our event venue has hosted several different types of events from The Framework for Growth; to KMUW podcasts; to Kansas Governor Laura' Kelly’s roundtable discussions on The Air Capital Commitment; to the Greater Wichita Partnership’s Accelerate Wichita presentation with Tom Chapman; to Google’s Startup Grind Pitch Battle; and any number of board meetings, training, seminars, and more.

If your event falls outside these parameters, we still want to hear from you. We have hosted multi-week events, multi-weekend events, and more. Groover Labs is a non-profit organization. We have priced our event venue below the average market rate so we can host a wide variety of events. If you have a specific need, please provide more information in the form below. Inquiry Form

By clicking the “Reserve” button below, you will find a series of questions that will give us a better idea about the event you’re planning. Please allow one to three business days for us to review your inquiry and respond. We request at least three weeks’ advance notice to book the event venue, although we’ve been known to pull together events in less time. If you have a more immediate need, please let us know in the “tell us more” section of the form so we can review and expedite the process.

Classrooms

Our classrooms come with 4K HDTV large screen television with HDMI connections as well as wireless casting technology. Each classroom comes with three large dry erase boards. If your meeting requires a hybrid setup, we have two webcams and mics for Zoom (and other platforms) virtual and in-person meetings. We have 24 portable desks which seat up to 2 people per desk.
