We have a large office available. Our large offices are premiere spaces at Groover Labs, so it’s rare when they open up. Are you and your team looking for someplace new to work? Maybe this is it!
Large offices were built for small teams and seat 3 to 5 people. All memberships are month to month and a large office includes two work surfaces to accommodate up to 5, two chairs, a lockable file cabinet, and a lockable door.
Do you need ultra-fast internet connectivity? We have you covered. Large offices come with a direct connection to our gigabit fiber network. Will you and your team be working late nights and weekends? We still have you covered. Large office memberships have 24/7 access, pending a background check.
All members, including those in large offices, have unlimited access to our conference rooms. We also offer discounts to events, and from time to time you might even encounter free food from some of Wichita’s best caterers. And you’ll come across unexpected benefits like free Tallgrass Film Fest tickets, discounted FlagshipKansas.Tech Summit tix, and anything else members of our community might have to offer. You just never know what may come up!
Other Benefits
You’ll get to hang out with some of our awesome members. They’re software developers, startup founders, marketing experts, financial advisors, game designers, and more. And you can drink all the coffee you want. Local Roasters, a local artisan coffee provider, created a special Groover Labs blend for us. We keep the coffee fresh all day.
We have excellent downtown parking, and we always have a space for you (although we confess that sometimes we have big events in our event venue, and you have to park a bit farther away, but you’ll probably get leftover food from the event by some of the best caterers in town).
And, finally, we host several community events throughout the year, including a monthly member lunch. We use the events to introduce new members, share wins, and build community.
How do we join?
Email us at contact@grooverlabs.org. We like to talk with our private office applicants to learn more about what they hope to accomplish. Because large offices come with 24/7 access, we’ll run a background check, which tends to take less than 24 hours. After that, we send you our membership agreement and go from there.
How much do they cost?
$750 per month, available on a month-to-month basis. If you plan to cancel, we require two weeks’ notice.
What if we only have two people on our team?
We’d still like to hear from you.
Do we have to work in tech or be a tech startup?
No. We are a tech hub, but we’re open to all disciplines.
How long does it take?
However long the background check, which tends to be less than 24 hours. After that, it’s only a matter of paperwork.
