Are you planning an event in 2024? If so, have it at Groover Labs! Our event venue is one of the most unique rental spaces in town. We can seat up to 275 people in the space, and we have a variety of different ways to arrange chairs and tables to meet your needs. The event venue is a great for space off-site meetings, strategic planning sessions, trainings, presentations, and all sorts of other event concepts we can’t imagine.
The venue is incredibly affordable:
First two hours without tables: $300.
First two hours with tables: $350.
Every hour after the first two: $125.
We don’t have extra fees:
No extra fees for catering.
No extra fees for AV.
Audio-visual Capabilities
Alongside our affordable rates, you’ll also have access to our two drop-down screens and projectors. We have two mic channels that come with wireless handheld and lavalier mics. (Even if you have a booming voice, we recommend using the mics!)
2024 Bookings
We’re already taking 2024 bookings. Some are long-term contracts for multiple events spaced throughout the year; others are one-off events.
We have plenty of options at Groover Labs. If you think for some reason we can’t accommodate you, reach out anyway. We love a challenge, and we’re constantly finding new ways to arrange and rearrange the venue to help our clients.

We don’t provide catering, but we’re happy to work with any caterer you choose.
If your event is outside our normal operating hours (M-F, 8a-5p), we can still accommodate you as long as we have staff available to work. There’s an extra charge per hour for staff time.
All audio-visual needs are included in the price - you don’t pay extra for our drop-down screens, projectors or microphones.
We have 24 banquet tables that we can arrange in a variety of different ways to suit your needs.
We can help you set up Zoom capability if you want to offer a hybrid event.
If your event includes a presentation, we suggest you schedule a time to test your laptop with our A/V system, to troubleshoot any problems in advance.

Your events bring people who’ve never been to Groover Labs into the building, which means we get to talk about our mission. Events also bring lots of energy, and we’re at our best when the building is full of high-energy people.
