What do you do in your role? As CTO, my role encompasses overseeing our technology strategy, ensuring our product's technical excellence, and fostering a culture of innovation within our team. I'm responsible for aligning technological goals with business objectives, making critical decisions on the adoption of new technologies, and leading our development team to meet the evolving needs of our market.
How did you get involved in the tech profession? My journey began in Graphic Design, where I was drawn to web design, leading me to embrace programming as Flash phased out. This transition allowed me to explore the tech industry broadly, applying my design expertise in various roles, enriching my career path with a unique perspective.
