Happy New Year!

We hope you had a wonderful holiday break. Since the new year, we’ve had a busy couple of weeks fielding calls and making reservations for our event venue and conference rooms.

We’ve booked events with little-to-no warning, and events that reach out all the way to October 2023. Organizations are in the planning stage for 2023 events, off-site meetings, strategic planning sessions, trainings, and all sorts of other event concepts we can’t imagine.

Reach out to us if you’re planning an event in 2023. We have lots of options that might work for you. It’s been a while since we talked about our rentable spaces. Here are some details:

  • $300 for the first two hours if all you want are chairs, $125 for each hour after.

  • $350 for the first two hours if you want chairs and tables, $125 for each hour after.

  • Conference and classroom rates are $15-$35 per hour depending on the room.

  • We don’t provide catering, but we’re happy to work with any caterer you choose.

  • If your event is outside our normal operating hours (M-F, 8a-5p), we can still accomodate you as long as we have staff available to work. There’s an extra charge per hour for staff time.

  • All audio-visual needs are included in the price - you don’t pay extra for our drop-down screens, projectors or microphones.

  • We have 24 banquet tables that we can arrange in a variety of different ways to suit your needs.

  • We can help you set up Zoom capability if you want to offer a hybrid event.

  • If your event includes a presentation, we suggest you schedule a time to test your laptop with our A/V system, to troubleshoot any problems in advance.

Your events bring people who’ve never been to Groover Labs into the building, which means we get to talk about our mission. Events also bring lots of energy, and we’re at our best when the building is full of high-energy people.
